- THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE OF THE ACTOR Sergio Kato. He planned to study dramma, and instead decided to skip college to pursue a career as an actor-dancer. He started as an actor of the ballet and school of arts from Brazil, took dance classes with Marly Tavares, Jhony Flanklin, Ballet dacing and Jazz. Sergio was known for performing humorous, most notably kids play. Sergio Kato did gain(1981) his first move into a smal play in Rio as dancer in the show Scala Rio in Leblon. During this period, Sergio did a lots of commercials and TV comedy with brazilian Globo Tv called VIVA O GORDO. The show was successful and launched his acting career in Brazil, but then decided to GO to Europe and United States after his acting dreams in Hollywood, California.
Although Sergio made a notable dramatic-comedy show debut in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Rio Copacabana show room – production of Dennis Levinson in 1989. Called Rio By Night, comedy. (in which he played and dance a role as the amazon boy) while still appearing in The Brenda Starr Movie with Brook Shields, Sergio's film career took off with his role in Brenda Starr along with co-star Brook Shields, Timothy Dalton and many others.
After Brenda Star (THE FILM), in 1994, Sergio began a successful solo dancing and acting career while simultaneously starring in some films. The first two films were hugely successful summer blockbusters: ONLY THE STRONG, FLYING VIRUS, in which he played a bad Guy. The two films established Sergio’s commercial reputation as in many "open" for TV commercials and print works.
Also, in the year of 2009, Sergio most likely want to show his abilities of his acting in Brazil. His hometown is Rio de Janeiro – Sergio lived in Las Vegas, Puerto Rico, New York, Miami, California and went out to Europe and Latin America.
Sergio Kato also, Planned to star in a feature film remake television series (secret). He recently bought a hotel in Brazil. Sergio is an enthusiast for making his movies. Height: 6'0" (180cm) He has been this tall since he was the age of 17. Favorite NBA team is the LA Lakers, in Brazil team is Vasco da Gama, has a brother nickname Mazzaropi goalkeeper. Names Al Pacino his inspiration for getting into acting. Also names Star Wars his favorite film of all time. His catch phrase is "Awww, hell no”. Most of his films have that line somewhere in the story..
