Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation by Escape Artists based on a breach of contract (see conditions above) – the full amount stated in the above Letter of Agreement will be due by the Contractor in consideration of the cost and inconvenience caused to the Organisation.
The Contractor can also cancel the workshop, but must provide a clear Cancellation Policy to Escape Artists detailing potential causes for cancellation prior to the signing of this Letter of Agreement.
In any case, Escape Artists will apply the following policy in the event of a cancellation by the Contractor:
* If the cancellation takes place 14 days (or fewer) prior to the starting date of the workshop, the full amount stated on the Letter of Agreement will be due to Escape Artists
* If it takes place one month to two weeks prior to the starting date of the workshop, 25% of the workshop fee will be charged by Escape Artists to cover for the management time spent on the project.
* No fee will be charged if the workshop is cancelled more than a month prior to the agreed starting date stated in the Letter of Agreement.
